Subject to the terms of the Guaranteed Uptime policy, a customer's Web site will be up and available at least 99.9% ("three nines") of the time in any given calendar month. The Guaranteed Uptime policy is a lifetime guarantee, as long as the customer is using Viridio's Web Hosting services.
